Naked Juicebar in Karolinska’s main entrance building at Eugeniavägen 3 serves smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, bowls, soups, coffee and shots – the full menu with allergens and nutrition facts is on the chain’s website. The chain was founded in 2007 in Lund by Australian Steve Collyer and Maria Wirén, blending Australian surf-culture juice bars with Swedish berries. The Karolinska unit is the chain’s only hospital location in Stockholm and follows the hospital’s weekday rhythm: open weekdays 08–17, closed weekends.
