Café Biomedicum sits on the entrance level (floor 3) of Biomedicum, Karolinska Institutet’s flagship building for experimental research at Solnavägen 9, between Aula Medica and Widerströmska huset. The building’s entrance level is open to the public weekdays 07–17 – the research floors lie behind card-controlled speedgates – and the café serves coffee, fika and lighter food in the atrium. It is run by Nordrest, which also operates the campus’s other venues, and takes the Stammiskort. Open weekdays 08–16; the building’s public area is closed weekends.
