Gastropol sits in the entrance of Fenix Sthlm, Humlegården’s converted industrial building with its preserved stone facade at Torsplan, at the foot of Norra Tornen. There are three parts: a deli with its own bakery and homemade pizzas, a bistro serving the daily lunch (165 kr, à la carte 175–245 kr) weekdays 11–14, and the rooftop bar – 32 seated or 90 standing, booked privately. The kitchen emphasises organic and sustainable ingredients. Behind Gastropol is Sabis, a family-owned hospitality firm founded in 1874. Bistro tables are booked via Caspeco.
