Itamae Hagastaden at Norra Stationsgatan 66 is one of the restaurants in the Itamae group, described in the restaurant press as “a small sushi empire” with its flagship at Odengatan 62. The kitchen is Japanese with sushi at the centre, to eat in, take away or have delivered – online ordering runs through Qopla and delivery through Wolt. The company behind the venue, Itamae Hagastaden AB, was registered in June 2021, has four employees and turned over 5.6 million kronor in 2025.
