About

Etoile at Norra Stationsgatan 51 has held one Michelin star every year since 2020 – the 2026 star confirmed – and received Michelin’s Green Star for sustainability in 2020. The evening is a single tasting menu of some twenty servings over about four hours, with guests moving between the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The menu costs 3,000 kr per person with pairings at 1,000–1,800 kr, and a fully vegetarian version is offered. The whole team consists of chefs – service included. Behind Etoile are Danny Falkeman and Jonas Lagerström, who also run sister restaurant Celeste.
