LIVET sits at Karolinska University Hospital’s main entrance at Eugeniavägen 3 and holds four parts under one roof: lunch restaurant, à la carte bistro, café and catering. The restaurant serves three daily-changing dishes – Swedish classics with a twist – weekdays 10:30–14 at 129 kr (124 kr takeaway), with water, coffee or tea, a raw-vegetable buffet and bread and butter included, and dessert on Fridays. The bistro cooks à la carte in full or half portions (Mon–Thu 10:30–15, Fri to 14; summer-closed weeks 27–33). The café opens at 06:30 on weekdays and is the only part open weekends. The operation is run by Coor.
