Haga Bottega on the ground floor of Elite Hotel Carolina Tower cooks Apulian – southern Italian described as “nonna’s home cooking” elevated with gourmet technique. The weekday lunches (11–13) are marketed as “Hagastaden’s best lunch”: a green buffet with the day’s meat or fish dish and the week’s vegetarian. After work comes an aperitivo-style spread of charcuterie and antipasti weekdays 15–18, and the evening à la carte is served Mon–Sat 17–22, Sundays to 21:30. There is also a raw bar, smoothies and Italian charcuterie, and the restaurant serves the hotel breakfast from 06:30 on weekdays. Group menus are offered from twelve guests.
