K-märkt Hagastaden sits in Castellum’s Life City building on Solnavägen, serving lunch weekdays 11–14 and breakfast and fika in the food café from 07:30. The concept is menu-less – “Chefs Choice” is cooked from the day’s deliveries to minimise waste, with vegetable-forward dishes and a choice of protein. K-märkt was founded in 2014 by chef Hanna Normark, pastry chef Daniel Roos and maître d’ Jens Dolk, was named Sweden’s Most Sustainable Restaurant at Restauranggalan 2018, and runs about ten venues. There are also three private rooms and events for 20–350 people, and dogs are welcome.
