Bröd & Salt runs one of its bakery cafés at Torsplan 1A. The chain is an artisan bakery with sourdough at its centre, baked in its own Västberga production, and pairs the bakery counter with a salad bar of some fifty pick-your-own ingredients. Bröd & Salt has grown to around thirty units across the Stockholm area, and the Torsplan unit is the block’s bakery for morning coffee, lunch salad and bread to take home.
