Restaurang Nanna Svartz fills the ground floor of Aula Medica – Wingårdh’s 2013 building – with 180 seats and its entrance from Solnavägen 7A. Lunch is three daily-changing hot dishes, a salad of the day and a seasonal salad buffet; the daily dish costs 125 kr, the green one 115 kr and the soup 85 kr, and the vegetarian dish meets the One Planet Plate climate criteria. The restaurant is run by Nordrest, is open to everyone, and is named after Nanna Svartz, Sweden’s first female professor at a state university. The weekly menu is published in Swedish and English.
