Friskis & Svettis Hagastan at Norra Stationsgatan 75 is one of the association’s 26 facilities in Stockholm. It offers a fully equipped gym with hosts on hand to help, and a group-training hall with daily classes – barbell sessions, circuit training, yoga and core among the most popular. The facility opens at 05:00 every day, staffed weekday afternoons 14:30–19:00 and weekend mornings. Friskis & Svettis is a non-profit sports association, which keeps membership prices down.
